- LCM Practice this Friday is open to Quarry Shark through National Practice Levels. Registration opens on Monday.

Meets / Events Updates:
- NEW MEET ADDED! >> Bronze Level / Novice meet added for Friday, June 10th.
- This meet is open to all of our athletes who are newer to competitions and would like the opportunity to try racing. This meet is being held at Becker High School in Becker, MN on Friday, June 10th. This is a SCY pool just like our practice locations in town.
- All new and newer to competition athletes are encouraged to try this meet!
- Registration closes on Tuesday, June 30th at 11:59 pm.
- If you have questions about this meet or which events to select for your athlete, please reach out to your athlete’s head coach.
- MN Regional Championships are posted and open for registration
- All State Meets are posted and open for registration
A look ahead:
- On Fridays we will have LCM practice available for athletes. Each Friday will be open to specific training groups to give our athletes opportunities to train long course during the LCM Championship season. Which groups are eligible is noted in the registration for the week as well as in the weekly update.
- On Friday, July 3rd we will host a team lake swim at Warner Lake! This event is open to River Sharks, Quarry Sharks, Apex Predators, and All Senior Level practice groups. Registration to be posted this week! With Volunteer & more specific info coming out this week as well!
