- Normal week of practice M-TH
- NO Friday Practice (Apollo or LCM) as Friday is Day 1 of our MN Regional Championship meet (MRCs)!

Meets / Events Updates:
- MRC Meet Information will be shared with participating families as we receive more information from the host team
- 11-14 State Meet is still open for registration.
- *New State Qualifiers need to declare their intent to participate at State with their head coach.
A look ahead:
- Championship Meets are HERE! This means athletes will shift towards taper and focusing on meet skills the week of MRCs. Please note athletes will have more energy than normal - PLEASE encourage them to save it for race day! Rest, Hydrate and prepare to swim fast!
