Quick notes:
- Thursday (10/29) Altered Practice schedule
- Apex will practice at SMS Normal Time on Thursday 10/29 (6:00-6:30 pm dryland, 6:30-8:15 pm swim) THIS IS DIFFERENT THAN PDF Calendar
- Shark Groups: Pond Pups, Lake Sharks, River Sharks, Quarry Sharks, Apex will have a Halloween Themed Practice on Thursday 10/29
- Seniors will be at Apollo (Use Door 11) on Thursday 10/29
- All other days this week are normal practice schedule
- CMA will be hosting a Mike Stromberg Swim Clinic on December 4-6th at SMS! This is open to our 11 and over athletes. The clinic will include work on starts, turns, and strokes. Coach Stromberg will utilize underwater camera work as well as headsets for feedback. An informational email was sent out over the weekend. Please reach out with questions!

- Team Equipment Store: Here is the LINK to the Team Equipment Store through Elsmore. Apparel orders through Elsmore are currently on hold while Elsmore focuses on fulfilling all HS team orders. Suits and Equipment are still available to order.

What athletes need for practice every night:
- Swim Suit (one-piece for girls, jammers or speedo preferred for boys)
- Swim Cap
- Goggles (and a back up pair in case the first pair breaks)
- Water bottle - NO GLASS
- *Quarry Sharks & Apex Predators will need gym clothes and shoes for dryland practice. Most athletes choose to wear shorts and t-shirt over their suits.

Meets / Events Updates:
- TUNA Meet - Sunday, November 8th @ Maple Grove, MN
- Registration is CLOSED. Meet details will be sent to participating families as soon as we receive that information from the host team.
- FARGO IMX Meet & Prelim/Finals Meet - Friday, Nov 20 through Sun, Nov 22nd
- Second Wave of Registrations is OPEN - Will Close Wednesday 10/28
- Friday IMX Events (50’s of all the strokes) - open to all ages
- Saturday & Sunday 11 and Over Prelim (AM) / Finals (PM)
- 10u Saturday & Sunday Timed Finals - mid day

- Winter Season information is coming SOON! Please watch your emails for more details.
- Winter Assessments are on 11/23 & 11/24 at SMS
- Stromberg Clinic hosted by CMA on December 4-6th at SMS! Registration is open on our team website.
