- Lil’ Chompers Fall Session 2 Starts this week!
- Mark your calendars! CMA will be hosting a Mike Stromberg Swim Clinic on December 4-6th at SMS! This is open to our 11 and over athletes. The clinic will include work on starts, turns, and strokes. Coach Stromberg will utilize underwater camera work as well as headsets for feedback. More information to come soon!
- Team Equipment Store: Here is the LINK to the Team Equipment Store through Elsmore. Apparel orders through Elsmore are currently on hold while Elsmore focuses on fulfilling all HS team orders. Suits and Equipment are still available to order.
- Please make sure you update (or Register if you have not done so) your athlete’s USA Team Registration. Our Team Link can be found here: https://omr.usaswimming.org/omr/welcome/C5FDCDF50CA449
What athletes need for practice every night:
- Swim Suit (one-piece for girls, jammers or speedo preferred for boys)
- Swim Cap
- Goggles (and a back up pair in case the first pair breaks)
- Water bottle - NO GLASS
- *Quarry Sharks & Apex Predators will need gym clothes and shoes for dryland practice. Most athletes choose to wear shorts and t-shirt over their suits.

Meets / Events Updates:
- SDVL Meet - Saturday & Sunday, October 24th-25th @ St Michael, MN
- More Details will be sent out to participating families as we receive them from the host team.
- TUNA Meet - Sunday, November 8th @ Maple Grove, MN
- Registration is OPEN. Registration closes Thursday, Oct 22nd at 11:59 pm
- Sun AM is 11 and Over, Sun PM is 10 and Under
- Sprint Events for all, 11 and over session also includes 200 Stroke Events
- 25’s are offered at this meet making it a perfect meet for our new to competing athletes in Pond Pups and Lake Sharks
- FARGO IMX Meet & Prelim/Finals Meet - Friday, Nov 20 through Sun, Nov 22nd
- First wave of registrations closed.
- West Fargo, ND
- 2nd Wave of Registration will Re-Open Tomorrow.
- Friday IMX Events (50’s of all the strokes) - open to all ages
- Saturday & Sunday 11 and Over Prelim (AM) / Finals (PM)
- 10u Saturday & Sunday Timed Finals - mid day

- Fall season meets are listed on the team website as well as in the ‘at a glance’ wkly update. Registration is not open for all meets yet.
- November practice calendar will be sent out next week
